In an effort to raise leaders and responsible young adults, Palm Tree School has also began to partake in the patrol System. This is an opportunity to educate our students on the responsibility and importance of looking after their school, and their peers. It is also an opportunity to instill a sense of responsibility in our students from a young age. In this program, students from Grades four and above perform simple tasks such as; monitoring the cafeteria during lunch time, assist in facilitating dismissal, and also supporting those from amongst their peers who require assistance.
In order to be a part of this program, students must maintain good behavior and be a good example to those around them. This program serves as an encouragement for the students to help them in acknowledging that in order to be successful members of society, they must partake in the assistance and care of other individuals.
